Acceptance
By accessing or using DealAnalyzerAI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use.
The Service
DealAnalyzerAI provides property-analysis tools, reports, and estimates. A free ARV preview offers a limited introduction; full property analyses require paid access. Features and data availability may vary by property and location.
Informational Estimates Only
Our estimates are informational tools, not appraisals or financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Verify property facts, comparable sales, repairs, financing, and other assumptions independently. Buyer Pay Ceiling is a ZIP-level estimate of what investors pay, based on local flip records; it is not an offer or a guaranteed sale price. Read our investment disclaimer.
Subscriptions and Pay As You Go Credits
Pay As You Go costs $0.97 per full analysis with a 10-credit minimum; purchased credits never expire. Growth is $37/month for 50 analyses and Pro is $97/month for 300 analyses. Subscription allowances reset by calendar month. Subscriptions renew until canceled; cancel through your account before renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation does not automatically reverse prior charges. Refunds are provided as required by applicable law and otherwise at our discretion. These terms do not promise investment results.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, submit information you lack permission to use, compromise security, share unauthorized access, scrape in violation of applicable restrictions, or interfere with the Service. Follow applicable privacy, communications, and real estate laws.
Third-Party Data and Services
Property data, payment processing, and other services may come from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Third-party services may have their own terms. We do not control third-party websites or guarantee their information.
Intellectual Property
We and our licensors retain rights in the Service, software, branding, and original content. You retain rights in material you submit and grant us permission to process it as needed to provide the Service. Your paid access does not transfer ownership of our technology or third-party data.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel subscriptions through your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, security risk, or legal requirement. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective, subject to applicable law.
Warranty Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy. We do not guarantee investment outcomes. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or investment losses arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold DealAnalyzerAI harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
Governing Law
Subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and will revise the date below. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
